Tour Plan

Over night  journey from Delhi to Manali in Semi sleeper Volvo Bus.
After months of preparation and years of planning time has arrived to go on Trip of life time. Arrive in Manali one of the most beautiful hill station in North India and a gateway for trekking, skiing, backpacking. Unpack and soak in this beauty of this hustling and bustling hill station. Our Team will meet you in the evening so that we get to know each other and group formation and rules for the trip will be explained.a
The time has arrived to answer the call of the mountains and with Dug Dug Dug… sound of our pipes we are off for the epic road trip. Today will be the 1st day when we will start riding on the famous Manali-Leh highway, every riders dream. Enroute we will be witnessing an engineering marvel of our country Atal Tunnel which is 9.02 Kms long and has the distinction being the longest tunnel above 10,000 fts above sea level in the world. We will be crossing Koksar and Tandi (Last petrol pump on Manali-Leh Highway). Donot forget to fill up your tanks. After that we will be passing through Keylong and Jispa, last inhabited places on Manali-Leh Highway. After crossing Darcha your riding skills will be put to sternest of tests today with lots of water crossing, unpaved roads. Enroute we will cross Zing Zing Bar, Suraj Tal, BaralachaLa. You will be astonished to see Sarchu a tent city in middle of no where which will be our halting point for the night.
Get up and ride to Leh today. By today nomads must be feeling the high of the Himalayas. Lazily riding through the winding roads our caravan will witness many wonders of Manali-Leh Highway today. We will be passing through Gaata Loops, Pang, Moore Plains (an amazing landscape with 40 Kms of straight road at height of 4500mts), Tanglang La (third highest pass). Enroute Leh we will take you to Thiksey Monastery. Reach Leh in the evening and rest of time is free for you to check out the local markets. Sleep with pride and give a pat on your back for completing the Manali-Leh Highway.
Finally the day has arrived to ride to one of the highest motorable road in the world. Yes the time has come to live the dream and nomads are at Khardungla (18380 ft). Caravan moves ahead to what lies beyond and will reach Nubra valley, another spectacle of nature. Desert, mountains, river all at same place and this is what makes Nubra valley so special. Nomads can get face to face with Bacterian camels, friends of earliest nomads. We will seek the blessings of Maitreya Buddha (100 ft) tall at Diskit Gompa the oldest & largest Gompa in Nubra valley.
Nomadic caravan will start its journey to Pangong Tso one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Today we will ride on the most remote route of the trip. With various water crossings, riding on dry riverbeds, smooth tarmac and roads which are virtually non-existent it is going to be one epic riding day. All our tiredness will go away on the view of majestic Pangong Tso. Camping beside the lake with only basic necessities will be a lifetime experience.

Experiencing sunrise at Pangong will be a moment of awe for the nomads. After having breakfast, we will bid adieu to the majestic lake and start our journey towards Hanle via Umlingla. Today, we will visit REZANGLA war memorial and pay homage to our real life heroes. Afterwards, we will visit Koyul, then UMLINGLA—one of the highest passes of the world. By evening, we will reach Hanle. Overnight stay and dinner at Hanle.

(TODAY WE NEED TO START EARLY IN THE MORNING AS TODAY WILL BE THE MOST HECTIC AND LONGEST RIDE OF YOUR ENTIRE TRIP.).

After breakfast, the nomadic caravan will start its journey towards Tso Moriri - yet another beautiful lake of Ladakh. Today we will ride through one of the remotest routes. We will ride through Nyoma and Mahe bridge. By evening, we will reach Tso Moriri. Check-in to your cottage / home stay. Dinner and overnight stay at Tso Moriri.

Experiencing sunrise at TSO MORIRI will be a moment of awe for the nomads. After having breakfas, we will bid adieu to the majestic lake and start our journey towards Leh. Today, we will visit Thiksey Monastery and Rancho school. By evening we will reach Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at Leh.

Nomads will bid its final "Julley" to the land of Lama's and move toward Kargil. En route Srinagar-Leh highway, seek the blessing of Guru Nanak Dev at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, find the illusion of magnetic hill for yourself, witness the confluence of Indus and Zanskar. Also, check moonlike landscape at moonland near Lamayuru Monastery. Check the Mulbekh monastery before reaching Kargil.

The destination today will be Sonmarg. Pay homage to the valor of Indian army at  Kargil War Memorial. Get ready for climb to the last pass but not the easiest pass  of the trip Zozi La. Zozi La seperates Kashmir Valley from the Ladakh Region. Witness stark contrast in the landscape once you cross Zozi la. Finally unpack at Sonmarg for the night.
Nomadic caravan will bid farewell to the Himalayas and travel to their further destinations. It’s time for final chat with the fellow nomads and bid adieu to this trip. Saying good bye is always hard but we promise we will meet back for more such journeys and living in your memories for life. We will drop you at Srinagar Airport.
